Full Job Description - Read Carefully
Project management of New Product Development and Introduction as per the global framework and in collaboration with HQ technical team. 3YP Network and footprint planning to inform capex spend. In collaboration with procurement regularly review else work to develop Local/alternate Dry & Wet goods suppliers in line with the group S&R aspiration as well as support to support COGS optimization Understand supplier value chain with the intent of implementing solutions to meet the group S&R Scope 3 carbon emission reduction target
Have in-depth knowledge of the Liquor Products Act as well as foster relationships with DAFF to ensure imported else locally sourced products are compliant as per the respective spirit categories promulgated. Overseeing 3rd Party Co- Packer such that planned production requirements are met in order to support the realization of the sales annualized sales plan. Consumer complaint management and reporting to global as per guidelines.
Implementing QSE improvement plan at Co-packers as per global guidelines. Timely reporting regional performance & predefined KPI’s to the global team. Conduct annual internal and external technical as well as QSE audit requirements as required by the group Support and act as cover for Technical and Operations Manager for all governance deliverables required at both Brand Company and 3rd Party Co-packer Manufacturing sites.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelor of Science Degree holder with formal experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a food or beverage environment
- Strategic and growth mindset with advanced statistical data evaluation modelling experience
- Project Management, Planning and organizational skills with prior experience facilitating strategic footprint and expansion projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
- High sense of urgency, able to meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English
