Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is looking for talented Commercial and Sales individuals with relevant experience and skills and experience to leverage all relevant company assets in a manner that delivers sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.

- A proven track record in sales, warehousing and distribution
- A good understanding of people management, with superior interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen

- Strong logistics planning and management skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Strong Leadership and people management skills
- Strong Sales and Ops Technical background
- Endurance and ability to tolerate extraordinary and flexible working hours
- The ability to apply self-management practices
- Ability to manage the budget allocation
- Verbal ability and communication skills
- Sound interpersonal skills.

Key Attributes & Competencies :
- Management and development of a functionally competent team
- Develop and maintain budgets for the optimal management of functions
- Develop strategic business plans for both the sales and operations functions
- Ensure optimal depot resourcing
- Management of a sales team covering both on and off-premise channels
- Manage sales & operations key performance areas
- Develop Quarterly Sales plans
- Provide customer service excellence
- Manage human resources
- Manage a safe, healthy and risk-free environment

Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications / Experience :
- A relevant commercial degree or equivalent and
- Minimum 5 years Sales experience in an FMCG environment and
- Minimum of 5 years Managerial experience
