Baobab Group, one of KFC's Franchisees are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR Team in East London.
The suitable candidate will have some HR experience as they would pick up the day to day HR admin with employee files and employee issues for a staff complement of around 40 staff.
As well as look after talent sourcing for over 70 stores in 5 different markets expanding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for acquiring diversified talent for the Baobab Support Centre

- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection process
- Responsible for implementing and enhancing recruitment processes and procedures in markets
- Auditing recruitment procedures and policies
- Participate in coaching, counselling and advising management and staff to ensure resolution of employment-related matters
- Determining Staffing needs and staffing plans
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions
- Perform hiring and time to fill analysis on departments and markets.
- Manage BSC employee files, forms and contracts – up to what level??
- Manage day to day Employee relation issues at BSC
- Facilitate BSC engagement and development workshops LwH(Leading with Heart), Performance management, Leadership builds)
- Onboarding of new BSC employees
- Implementing best-practice initiatives around talent acquisition in rest of other markets
- Sits in with PCM on market alignment meetings.
Qualifications:
- Qualified undergraduate degree in related field
- A Post Grad will be advantageous

Related Experience:
- Min 5 years experience in related field
- Solid experience in recruitment and sourcing techniques
- Management of the recruitment process from start to end
- Previous experience in implementing best practice
- Previous experience in enhancing existing methods and processes
- Experience in using multiple channels to recruit suitable talent
- Must have managed on-boarding process
