VKB Milling (Pty) Ltd is one of four subsidiaries of VKB Agri Processors (Pty) Ltd, the agri-processing division of the VKB Group. VKB Milling (Pty) Ltd operates white maize mills in Mokopane and Louis Trichardt in Limpopo, and Mashishing in Mpumalanga, as well as a wheat mill and bakery in Frankfort in the Free State.

Job Description
As a dispatch Loader, including scheduling transportation, assigning and tracking work crews and drivers on delivery efforts, preparing work orders, and following all company regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Rotate product and ensure new product goes to the back to prevent financial losses
- Receive returns, weigh it in and do the necessary paperwork to prevent financial losses
- Continuously ensure that documentation is done accurately and correctly
- Ensure that the product is packed correctly and accurate invoicing on NAV
- Receive products from production and picking of loads into cages according to orders
- Picking of loads into cages according to orders
- Checking orders before loaded onto the vehicle
- Balancing of stock on each shift
- General duties as prescribed by the supervisor
- Occasionally transport en deliver goods according to instructions and prescribed routes
- Other applicable functions as applied in the industry

Requirements
- Grade 12/ NQF4
- Code EC licence with PDP is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role will serve as a recommendation
Skilled Required
- Good communication skills
- Good client service
- Thorough, precise and accurate
- Constantly adding value to the current functions of the job
