Business Operations
- Aim to be one stop resolution agent for the payment of Installers as well as their payment enquires.
- Follow through the communication procedure, policies and guidelines to build instantaneous rapport with the Installers for a sustainable engagement through trust, open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Receive, validate and process Installer claims and ensure payments are made timeously.
- Understand and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and Policies for effective and high quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Matric
- Post Matric qualification advantageous
Experience
- A minimum of 1-year work experience in customer service/finance environment
