Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible to performs diagnostics, service repairs, maintenance work on the customer, and dealer-owned boiler equipment and performing in-field service as required.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches in all East and Southern African countries
- Tie workflow to schedule
- Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Document processes
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Responsible for 14 countries in East Africa that includes 65 countries
- Leading a future team of 2 to 4 technicians and their training

- Strong analytical approach with attention to accuracy and detail

Qualifications
- Matric
- Electro-Mechanical or equivalent
- More than 5 years of experience in burner and boiler maintenance
- Knowledge of Saacke burners and weishaupt burners
- Commissioning of new burners with Etamatic, Seavis and wmf100/200
- Knowledge of chemical dosing systems for boiler water treatment
