The successful candidate will report to the Human Resources Manager and provide secretarial support and in addition provide administrative support to the Talent Management Officer on site

Primary Duties

  • Typing and handling correspondence, minute taking.
  • Consolidation of HRM monthly report.
  • Filing and keeping the database up to date.
  • Manage the Human Resources Manager's diary.
  • Generate SAP reservations and generating SAP orders.
  • Coordinate all logistical arrangements for HRM meetings.
  • Liaising with internal and external customers.
  • Manage and coordinate functions of HR Driver.
  • Assist in Talent Management.
  • Coordinate ad-hoc projects/activities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) coupled with a tertiary secretarial/administration qualification.
  • 4 years’ relevant experience in HR environment and secretarial environment.
  • Computer literacy with an advanced knowledge of MS Office packages.
  • Knowledge of SAP System will serve as an advantage.
  • A valid driver’s licence and the ability to pass Rand Water K53 test
