Purpose of Position:
To provide quality customer service to consumers within the legal-ethical framework of the nursing profession in a phlebotomy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage money/cash flow of depot to facilitate collection of payments for phlebotomy services rendered
- Perform phlebotomy procedures in order to ensure sufficient delivery of nursing services
- Perform phlebotomy-related administrative tasks to ensure the correct recording and processing of information
- To provide quality customer service to consumers within the legal-ethical framework of the nursing profession in a phlebotomy environment

Requirements:
- Certificate: Phlebotomy techniques,
- First Aid (Level 1),
- Grade 12,
- HPCSA Registration in Relevant Register and Practice Field
Required Experience:
- Experience in a pathology laboratory environment,
- Google and Google Mail,
- HPCSA regulations,
- Meditech system
- MS Excel
- National Health Act
