Purpose of the Job
Rainbow Finance, a division of The Shoprite Group, Africa's largest retailer, currently has an exciting opportunity available to join our team as a Collections Agent.
As a Collections Agent, you will provide a debt recovery service and be responsible for locating customers and securing payment of accounts handed over to you. You must ensure that adequate payment arrangements are made on delinquent accounts handed over. A key function is maintaining good customer relations with borrowers.

- To maximise collections and reduce arrears and bad debts.
- To Trace non-contactable customers.
- Educate Customers to pay their accounts on time.
- To manage risk within the area of responsibility.
