Control Room Operator Level 2 - Fidelity Services Group

A position for a Control Room Operator Level 2 under Specialized Services Division exists at FSS Sasol, Secunda, reporting to the Control Room and VOC Manager. The Control Room Operator Level 2 is responsible for assisting in daily control room operations and ensuring compliance to contractual requirements.

Job Description: (Not totally inclusive)

• Handling of emergencies
• Handling of Incidents
• OB Entry’s
• Monitoring of Vehicle Tracking
• Monitoring of CCTV
• Monitoring of Alarm Systems
• Monitoring of VideoFied Systems

Experience, Requirements and Qualifications:

Requirements (Must):

• PSIRA Grade B
• Matric
• Driver’s License
• 2 years Security Operational and or Security Control Room experience
• Able to function in a Control Room environment - SAMEA evaluation completed
• Training in Security systems utilized in a Control room environment
• Willing to relocate on own cost if required

Additional Requirements (Wish):

• Security Management Training
• Conflict handling
• National Key Point is registered with all Firearms compliant (for Business purposes)
