Warehouse Stock Controller - Tradeway

The position is accountable for the operation and function of the stock in the warehouse with the primary focus being on providing service delivery for the campaigns

The warehouse stock controller is to work closely with the internal and external stakeholders in order to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and issuing of stock from clients, suppliers and promoters
• Packing of kits
• Regular stock counts are done accurately and timeously
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on deliveries, discrepancies and damages
• Courier - ensure courier is done timeously and accurately and liaise with stakeholders
• Be tech-savvy to work within the stock system provided
• Ensure admin and paperwork is in order (excellent admin skills required)
• Driver duties required (must have a drivers licence code 10 or 14. PDP preferable)
• Set up and strike of event/activation collateral on site
• Site recces
  
  

Required:

• Must be computer literate
• Must have good organisation skills
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have drivers licence code 10 or 14
• PDP is preferable

The candidate is to have experience and skills in event set up and strike and being able to build the sets. These take place majority over the weekend and the candidate to be prepared to work over weekends from time to time
