JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of the Showroom Assistant is to welcome visitors and customers and assist customers with product related queries or on their orders.
JOB OBJECTIVES
Customer Assistance
- Welcome visitors as they arrive and determine what service they require
- Provide customers with relevant information required and answer product related queries
- Assist customers with online purchases and/or with Electronic Payments
- Communicate with production and warehouse when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent
