The successful candidate will be responsible to transport staff on request as approved by the HRM. To collect and deliver mail for the Human Resources as and when required.

Primary Duties

  • Driver responsibility will include driving clients to their desired destinations and to deliver/collect mail and parcels.
  • Ensure at all times that the HR vehicle remains road worthy by performing inspections and reporting all incidents and defects on a daily basis. Keep the vehicle neat and clean at all times.
  • The incumbent must collect and deliver documents from and to Rand Water sites as well as depositing of cheques.
  • The incumbent must ensure that the Log book, is completed after each trip.
  • The successful candidate will transport staff for training and well-being purposes and ensure that passengers behave according to safety
  • Comply with all relevant SHE legislation
  • Administrative duties such as filing, recording and submission of HR Documents

Minimum Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
  • A certificate in office administration or equivalent will serve as an advantage
  • Valid drivers license with the ability to pass Rand Waters K53 test
  • Must be in possession of Public Drivers Permit
  • 2 years relevant experience functioning in an HR environment
