Customer Service Agent - SoluGrowth

Solugrowth is looking for a Customer Service Agent for a client within the Freight/Courier industry based in Boksburg - Gauteng. To be the primary point of contact for any customer who has a question or issue with a product or service, act as a liaison, and provide accurate product/service information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing incoming calls & customer service inquiries
• Generating sales leads which develop into new customers
• Identifying & assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Genuinely excited to help customers
• Patient & empathetic & passionately communicative
• Understand the value of good communication skills
• Ensuring excellent service standards, responding effectively to customer inquiries & maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Providing accurate, valid and complete info by using the right method/tools
• Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Parcel Perfect.
• Driver's License & Own Vehicle
• Willing to work overtime and available after business hours and during weekends when required
• Grade 12
• Customer service experience in the courier/freight/logistics environment
• MS Office - Great MS Excel skills
• Excellent English & Afrikaans (read, write & speech)
