We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Accounts Clerk. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong foundation in general accounting principles. This position involves a variety of tasks including but not limited to general accounting, filing, invoicing, and data capturing. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, adaptable, and has the potential to grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general accounting duties, including reconciling accounts, managing ledgers, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Handle invoicing processes and assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Efficiently organise and maintain financial records and documents, ensuring a systematic filing system.
  • Accurately capture and input financial data into relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall financial processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience or educational background in accounting or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in using basic accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained for future professional development opportunities.
