Job Responsibilities
- Completion of SDC assessments
- Checking accuracy of Invoices against Purchase Orders
- Creation of shipping Waybills
- Picking and Packing of shipments
- Updating On-Time Delivery Reports
- Matching and filing of delivery documentation
- Communication with suppliers and handling courier queries
- Receiving and packing of stock from HemoCue AB
- CRM data capturing
- Update of quality control and ambient stock reports
- Monthly stock takes and quarter-end counting
- Quarter-end delivery follow-ups
- Prepare equipment for HemoCue events
- Participation and update of Daily Management Board
