We are currently accepting applications for the following position located in the Witbank, Mpumalanga area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling, coordinating and managing the entire Control Room and Mining Systems.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring of productivity and reporting.
- Optimally allocating mining fleet.
- Developing dispatching strategies that satisfy the goals of the operation.
- Liaising with Production Supervisors and Operators to satisfy the goals of the operation.
- Ensuring emergency preparedness and response.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Either a Grade 12, Surface Blasting Certificate for Coal Mines, 2 different types of opencast machine licenses and a minimum of 7 years experience in an opencast production environment; OR
- Grade 12, Valid Trade Certificate and a minimum of 3 years experience as an Artisan.
- Dispatch Level 1 Competency will be advantageous.
