The Stock Accounts Officer is required to perform a variety of clerical and bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities include liaising with key stakeholders. processing invoices, reconciling orders and stock, as well as other administrative tasks. Together with this, the role will help with ensuring that the capturing of orders/transactions are completed accurately across Meat Markets.
Job Objectives
Outputs/ Key elements of the job:
- Liaise with the cold store for weekly claims to ensure that stock was returned for valid claims
- Process all claims on SAP and analyse claims
- Reconcile system orders received to orders placed and ensure open orders remain in the cold store or have been returned
- Capture all storage and delivery invoices, and reconcile weekly charges
- Reconcile stock to ensure that weekly stock movements align with the cold store movement report
- Liaise with creditors monthly to ensure that invoices are received at the Home Office, and supplier payments and stocks are received
- Perform ad-hoc adminsitrative tasks
- Stock variance analysis identification
- Variances and corrective action
- Investigate incoming and outgoing stock
- Escalate system errors

Qualifications
- Grade 12: Matric / NQF Level 4 (Essential)
- Diploma / NQF Level 6 (Desirable)
Experience
- Experience in imports and exports (Desirable)
Knowledge and Skills
- High-level knowledge of the importation process
