A 6-Month Contract position has become available for an Administrator to join our dynamic team, based in Mitchell's Plain - Southern Suburbs / Cape Town.
Job description
The purpose of the Administration Supervisor of the Business Unit is to ensure the highest level of internal control and best use of the systems to manage profitability and to contribute to the general management of the store.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Accounts administration.
- Staff and payroll administration.
- Tenant administration (correspondence & processing).
- General office administration.
- Reporting directly to the Senior Manager / Director.
- GRV admin.
- Recipe costing processing.

Minimum requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Experience as an office administrator in the Retail sector.
- Proficient in microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have own transport.
- Must have good knowledge of systems (SPAR SIGMA advantageous).
- No criminal record and no bad credit record (vetting will be done).
