General Worker, Micro Store - RCL Foods

Do you want to be part of a growing and enthusiastic company working towards an ambition to offer more food to more people, more often?” The Eastern Cape Agriculture team is on the hunt for General Worker: Micro Store to join the E-POL Berlin Team with a direct report to the Micro Store CoOrdinator.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct medication and the quantity is scanned and sent to production with the right amount of batches.
• Complete jobs and assist in meeting daily production targets.
• Ensure that the work area is clean and hygienic at all times.
• Perform all job tasks with accuracy and speed.
• Be an integral part of a high-performance team.

• Comply with all Health and Safety Standards.
• Comply with Product Quality Standards.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required by Mill operations and/or designated by Mill Management.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (or equivalent literacy and numeric level).
• High levels of honesty and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Quick problem-solving skills.
• At least 3 months of experience working in a production environment.
• One week of on-the-job training.
• Physically fit – able to carry 50kg bags.
