Purpose of the Job

To provide an efficient and stable telephone network environment for the stores to be able to trade by managing the capacity, performance, and availability of the telephony network environment.

  • Supporting IP Telephony environments
  • Configuring new IP telephones
  • Network capacity and performance management
  • Network incident management

Qualifications

Essential

  • Asterisk DCCA
  • CCNA
  • Code 8 drivers license

Desirable

  • The minimum level of 3 years Degree / Diploma in computer or electronics or equivalent 
  • CCNP
  • CCNP Voice/Collaboration
