Our client, a manufacturer and supplier based in Glen Anil, is looking for a dynamic lady to join their busy office.
Main job function
- Answering the phone
- Interacting with walk-in customers
- Dealing with customer queries via phone, email & What's App Business.
- Replying to email & What's App Business enquiries.
- Querying prices with suppliers to generate customer quotes.
- Preparing quotes on Pastel.
- Capturing and converting quotes to sales orders.
- Capturing & generating Invoices
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Following up on orders with suppliers
- Booking collections with transporters
- Making out waybills
- Checking supplier deliveries to the warehouse
- Capturing supplier invoices
- Assisting with despatch

Qualifications:
- Matric
- A tertiary qualification is an added bonus
Experience:
- 3+ years in a similar position
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Must be able to multi-task and handle pressure
