Purpose of the Position:

• Responsible for the accurate scheduling and positioning of Commercials Schedules across all General Entertainment channels, international and domestic, for South Africa

Key Performance Areas

Scheduling

• Upload Breaks on Landmark and ensure all breaks have been received.
• Preparation of Logs. Ensure that the correct flighting codes have been communicated.
• Ensure that all spots booked have corresponding flighting codes for the relevant campaigns.
• Notify Contract Executives of Missing Spots.
• Retrieve UID from external VIZ System and ensure that there are no duplications.
• Accurate Capturing of flighting codes on Landmark.
• Run interface on Rights and Scheduling to ensure breaks correspond with Landmark
• Ensure that all limbos and exceptions are cleared
• Position spots on the log. Ensure that spots are positioned accurately, no product conflicts, and all durations are aligned with the break duration.
• Deliver breaks by channel according to stipulated deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in a related field
• 3-5 years advertising industry experience
