G4S Secure Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated security management solutions, has a vacancy for an Office Manager based at our operations in Centurion, reporting to the Head of Procurement and Logistics.
The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgement in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organisation, and understanding the role that an Office Manager plays within a successful business unit. The incumbent will be expected to be results-driven and to live the values of the organisation.
The position requires at least 5 years of senior management experience within a security or services environment.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:
To Manage the Building Facilities and General Running of Head Office and Attend to the Requirements of Senior Management.
Building park and office harmony
Building Health & Safety
Building maintenance
Building cleaning
Building reception
Building facilities
Building parking
Building security
Employee seating
Employee tools of the trade
Consumables
Shared meeting spaces
Driver requirements
Ad hoc meeting facilitation requirements
Manage, Facilitate, Co-ordinate, Report
Execute requirements
Facilitate requirements of the building customers
Oversee requirements
Co-ordinate Senior Management requirements
To Manage and Oversee Relevant Employees
Ensure all team members have clearly defined job profiles
Facilitate poor performance management or employee relations management principles and processes should this be required
Provide support, coaching (train) and mentoring continuously to ensure that objectives are met
Allocate resources appropriately to ensure operational demands are met

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12.
- A relevant degree or diploma would be an advantage.
- 5 years’ relevant experience would be deemed appropriate at this level.
