Purpose of Position:
To provide exceptional customer satisfaction in the resolution and handling of all general and basic customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as part of a team and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team,
- Build the Ampath brand by acting in a way that preserves and enhances the brand values and delivers the brand promise,
- Professionally communicate with customers,
- Ensure customer satisfaction by being result-focused and solution-orientated.,
- Maintain and uphold a high quality of service while complying with rules and regulations
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Required)
Required Experience:
- One year’s General Customer Services Experience
