Introduction
The Systems Analyst – Enterprise Systems is responsible for analysing, designing, and supporting business processes across SAP S/4HANA ERP and integrated non-SAP systems, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that enterprise applications are optimised to support business operations, particularly in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance domains. This role also includes day-to-day application support, issue resolution, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Functional Analysis and Solution Design
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Analyse and map current and future state business processes and identify gaps
- Design solutions within SAP S/4HANA (e.g., MM, SD, WM, FI/CO) and WMS to support operational and strategic business needs
- Configure systems where applicable and collaborate with developers for custom enhancements

Application Support and Issue Resolution
- Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP S/4HANA and WMS systems, troubleshooting functional and integration issues
- Act as the key contact point for incident and problem resolution within the ERP and WMS landscape
- Monitor integration between SAP
Change Management and Continuous Improvement
- Manage and support change requests, enhancements, and system upgrades
- Contribute to the governance of change management processes and documentation
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve system usage, data integrity, and user adoption
Testing and Training
- Develop and execute functional test cases and participate in integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Assist in the preparation of training materials and provide end-user training and support when required
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the liaison between business units, IT, and external vendors/partners
- Participate in cross-functional projects and provide expertise in enterprise applications
Minimum requirements
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in a functional analyst or application support role
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA ERP (at least two functional modules such as MM, SD, FI, WM)
- Experience with non-SAP systems, particularly Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as CSNX, EWM, AS400
- Experience in integrated system environments with knowledge of IDocs, middleware (e.g., PI/PO, CPI), and APIs is advantageous
- Exposure to project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools like JIRA, or similar
