Purpose of the Job
To provide an efficient and stable telephone network environment for the stores to be able to trade by managing the capacity, performance, and availability of the telephony network environment.

Qualifications
Essential
- Asterisk DCCA
- CCNA
- Code 8 drivers license
Desirable
- The minimum level of 3 years Degree / Diploma in computer or electronics or equivalent
- CCNP
- CCNP Voice/Collaboration

- TCP/IP, Routing protocols, Cisco router, and switches. (2-3 years)
- Network Ethernet CAT5 cabling (2-3 years)
- Vendor management (3-4 years)
- Microsoft Products, eg Windows, Office suite (2-3 years)
