DUTIES:
Maintain the filing system as per the directives of the archives and records management prescripts, Sort and prepare documents for the disposal process as in line with the relevant prescripts, and perform administrative duties within the section as and when the need arises.
REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12/ Senior Certificate or equivalent with zero experience.
Knowledge:
National Archives Act, Batho Pele Principles, Record Management, Departmental Policies and Procedures.
Skills: Communication, Listening, Computer literacy, Planning and Organizing.
