- We are looking for a self-motivated individual with proven retail management experience and the ability to work within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This focused and experienced retail professional, must share our commitment to fashion, quality and customer service excellence and will assist in maximizing turnover and profits; controlling expenses within budget and improving the visual appeal and customer service of all stores based in his/her area. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and meeting KPI’s in 6-8 stores.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
Qualification/s:
- Matric (a business related qualification will be an advantage)
Experience / Knowledge:
- Previous experience as an Area Manager of multiple stores
Competencies
- Strong retail business acumen and trader mentality
- Target and turnover driven, whilst being security conscious
- Good administration, planning and time management skills
- Good interviewing and recruitment skills
- Excellent management and IR skills
- Strong leadership, training and coaching skills – able to motivate and inspire
- Energetic, self-motivated and resilient with a flair for fashion
- Excellent verbal and written communicate skills (computer literate)
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and fashion
- Customer centric
